RESIPRENE 36 (CAS reg. N°: 68441-13-4) is a cyclized rubber resin derived from natural rubber that gives high viscosity solutions. Resiprene 35 is supplied as granulated solid.
RESIPRENE 36 (CAS reg. N°: 68441-13-4) is a cyclized rubber resin derived from natural rubber that gives high viscosity solutions. Resiprene 35 is supplied as granulated solid.
RESIPRENE 36 is a saponification resistance and chemical resistant binder which can be used in combination with suitable plasticisers for resistant coatings, for application on steel an concrete, because of its solubility in aliphatic hydrocarbons solvents and compatibility with most long oil, medium alkyd resin.
RESIPRENE 36 is completely soluble in White Spirit, High boiling point petroleum solvents, Minerals oils, Aromatic solvents, Chlorinated solvents, it has good solubility in Aliphatic solvents and Vegetable oils and limited solubility in Butyl acetate. It is not soluble in Alcohols and MEK.
Good compatibility with: all mineral oils, bitumen, maleic resin, phenolic resin, coumarone resin, long and medium alkyd resin, chlorinated diphenyl.
Principal properties: non hydrosable, non toxic, very hard glossy film, water resistance, chemical resistance, good solubility in aliphatic and aromatic solvent, drying speed, heat resistance.
